WE’LL DIVE IN
We’ll work together weekly or bi-weekly to discuss the problems you’re experiencing, dig deep, and identify strategies to address these issues. Therapy sessions are a combination of talking and exercises—whatever feels most helpful to you. You’ll develop skills to reach your goals within a safe, non-judgmental, and productive therapeutic space.
YOU’LL FEEL BETTER
You’ll leave sessions with an actionable plan & recommendations you can implement into daily life. You’ll have opportunities to hone therapy skills in sessions. You’ll also be encouraged to practice these skills between sessions.
YOU’LL BE PREPARED
When your goals are reached and it is time for regularly scheduled sessions to end, my goal is that you’ll look back and see how much progress you’ve made. We’ll review ways to deal with setbacks, prevent relapse, and set yourself up for success in continuing to use the skills you learned in therapy.
